These terms apply to every booking made with Rent A Car Bogura ("we", "us"), Malatinagar, Sherpur Road, Bogura 5800, Bangladesh, by phone, WhatsApp or the website. Making a booking means you accept them.

1. The service

We rent vehicles together with a driver for the trip, period or programme agreed in the quote. We do not rent vehicles without a driver. The driver follows the agreed route and schedule and reasonable changes requested during the trip; large changes may change the price.

2. Quotes and bookings

A quote states the vehicle type, the trip or hours, and what is included (driver, fuel, tolls, parking, waiting time, kilometre band, allowances). Anything not listed is not included.
A booking is confirmed when we have accepted it and, where asked for, the advance has been received.
We may send a vehicle of the same class if the named vehicle becomes unavailable through breakdown or an earlier delay; the price does not change.

3. Payment

The balance is paid in cash or bKash at the end of the trip unless a contract says otherwise.
Extra kilometres, extra hours, extra stops and changes of destination are charged at the rates stated in the quote.
Corporate customers are invoiced monthly under their contract.

4. Cancellation and changes

5. Passengers

The number of passengers may not exceed the seats stated for the vehicle.
No smoking in the vehicle. Passengers are responsible for damage or soiling caused by them beyond normal use.
Illegal goods, weapons and hazardous materials are not carried. The driver may end a trip if passengers behave in a way that endangers anyone.
Luggage is carried at the passenger's risk; keep valuables and documents with you.

6. Driver hours and safety

Drivers rest on long trips as needed for safety. Overnight trips include a rest for the driver, which is why the night allowance is part of the quote. The driver decides speed and route in the interest of safety.

7. Delays and liability

We do our best to be on time and plan margins for traffic, bridges and weather, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, accidents involving others, strikes or other events beyond our control, nor for missed flights or appointments arising from them. Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms
