Bogura to Naogaon car rent
Naogaon is Bogura's closest neighbour to the west: about 45 km through Kahaloo, Dupchanchia and the Santahar junction, an hour to an hour and a half by car. It is also the road to Paharpur, the UNESCO-listed Somapura Mahavihara, which many visitors combine with Mahasthangarh.

The road west
From Bogura the Naogaon road passes Kahaloo and Dupchanchia to the railway town of Santahar, then into Naogaon town. From there Paharpur is another 35 km north-west, about an hour, through Badalgachhi. The Bogura–Paharpur run is roughly 60 to 70 km each way.
