The quote says exactly what is included. Normally the driver is always included; fuel, bridge tolls, parking and the driver's meal or night allowance are either included in the figure or listed separately, so there is nothing unexpected at the end of the trip.

A small advance by bKash or cash confirms the booking. The balance is paid in cash or bKash when the trip ends. Companies on monthly hire are invoiced.
