Six ways to rent
| Plan | Good for | How it is priced |
|---|---|---|
| Hourly (in town) | Short errands, hospital visits, a meeting | Per hour with a short minimum, driver included |
| Daily, 8 or 12 hours | Shopping days, family programmes, local business | One figure for the day within a kilometre band; extra km at a stated rate |
| One-way long distance | Bogura to Dhaka, Rajshahi, Rangpur, airports | One fixed figure for the trip; fuel and tolls included or itemised |
| Round trip | Same-day return or overnight | Trip price plus waiting or the driver's night allowance, stated up front |
| Wedding and events | Bridal car, barat convoy, bou bhat | One quote for the whole programme; decoration separate |
| Monthly and corporate | Dedicated car, staff transport, projects | Monthly figure for agreed hours and kilometres; one invoice |
What the quote always lists
- Driver: always included; there is no self-drive.
- Fuel: included in the figure, or shown as a separate line, never a surprise.
- Tolls and parking: the Jamuna bridge toll, city parking and airport parking, included or itemised.
- Driver's allowance: meals on long days and the night allowance on overnight trips, written in the quote.
- Waiting time: how long the car waits inside the price, and the rate after that.
- Kilometre band: for daily and monthly hire, how far is included and what extra distance costs.
What changes the price
- The vehicle: a sedan costs less than a Noah, a Noah less than a HiAce, and the Alphard is priced as a luxury car.
- Distance and time: a Dhaka trip is priced by the trip, a day in town by the hours.
- One-way or round trip, and whether the car waits.
- Night departures and holiday periods such as Eid, when demand is high; book early for the normal price.
- Decoration, extra stops, and multi-day tours.
Advance, payment and receipts
- A small advance by bKash or cash confirms the booking; the balance is paid at the end of the trip.
- Companies on monthly contracts receive one invoice per month with a trip log on request.
- A receipt is given for every payment on request.

Questions about prices
Do you publish fixed rates per kilometre?
We quote per trip rather than per kilometre, because a fixed trip price is easier to compare and leaves nothing to argue about on the road. Tell us the trip and you get one figure.
Is fuel included in the price?
The quote states it. For most trips the figure includes fuel; for monthly contracts fuel can be included or billed at cost, as the company prefers.
How much advance do you take?
A small part of the trip price, by bKash or cash. The exact amount is stated when you confirm.
Do prices go up during Eid?
Demand is highest in the Eid weeks and some dates are quoted higher. Booking early secures the normal price and the vehicle.
