The twelve upazilas
Bogura Sadar বগুড়া সদর
The town itself: Satmatha, Sherpur Road, Jaleshwaritala, Thanthania, Sultanganj Para, the cantonment, the medical college and Mahasthangarh on the northern edge. Pickup usually within 30 to 60 minutes, any hour.
Shajahanpur শাজাহানপুর
The southern gateway on the Dhaka highway, with the industrial area, Banani and Majhira. Staff transport and Dhaka departures from here are routine.
Sherpur শেরপুর
The second town of the district on the Dhaka road, about 20 km south, with its own wedding venues, markets and the Chandaikona junction into Sirajganj.
Dhunat ধুনট
South-east towards the Jamuna, reached through Sherpur. Family visits, weddings and trips to the river and Bangali bridge areas.
Gabtali গাবতলী
East of the town on the Sariakandi road, a short pickup from Bogura. Agricultural trade, weddings and Jamuna picnics.
Sariakandi সারিয়াকান্দি
On the Jamuna, with the river embankment, char islands and winter picnic spots. HiAce and Noah trips for groups are common.
Sonatala সোনাতলা
The north-eastern upazila towards Gaibandha, reached via Gabtali or the Rangpur road. Rural pickups are timed with you in advance.
Shibganj শিবগঞ্জ
Home of Mahasthangarh and the Mokamtola junction on the Rangpur highway. Tourist pickups at the Mahasthan museum gate and Mazar are frequent.
Kahaloo কাহালু
West of Bogura on the Naogaon road. Business and family trips towards Santahar, Naogaon and Dupchanchia.
Dupchanchia দুপচাঁচিয়া
The junction for Joypurhat and Naogaon, with the Talora road. A regular stop on trips to Paharpur and Hili.
Adamdighi আদমদীঘি
Includes Santahar, the big railway junction of North Bengal. Train-connection pickups and drops at Santahar station, day and night.
Nandigram নন্দীগ্রাম
South-west on the Natore road, the way to Rajshahi. Pickups on the way to Rajshahi hospitals and the university are easy to arrange.
